5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Your access term or client contract expires
• There is a risk to platform integrity or user safety

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is.” While we strive to ensure high-quality content and uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy or availability at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trainexa LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
